What's a combo in the Bahamas?

Chris here... Here's something a little different... At home, if you order a "Combo" at McDonalds you get your burger with fries and a soda. At the local conch salad shack, if you order a Combo it means you get both regular conch and the skin of the conch, boiled to make it tender. Now that's one to grown on.
